Pokémon 30th Celebration: every product releasing in October 2026

The 30th Celebration expansion arrived on September 16, and October brings the second wave of product. The Pokémon Company has lined up releases on October 2, October 23 and October 30.

The set itself mixes new illustration rares with reprints of popular older cards, plus 30 different Pikachu cards, each with its own artwork. That Pikachu run is the part most collectors are chasing.

October 2: four products at once

The first drop of the month is the biggest. The 30th Celebration Mini Tin comes in 10 designs. Line them up and the artwork forms two large scenes, one set in daytime and one at night. Each tin holds two booster packs, a sticker sheet and an art card.

The Enhanced 2-Pack Blister carries foil promos of Gengar, Marshadow and Team Rocket's Mimikyu, with a suggested price of $10.99. Fans of the villains can pair it with the original Team Rocket cards from 2000, which still have a loyal following.

The same day also brings a Mini Portfolio that holds 60 cards and ships with a booster pack, and a 30th Celebration Booster Bundle with six packs. Anyone outgrowing a mini portfolio will find full-size card binders in our supplies section.

October 23: Deck Crafter's Collection

This one is aimed at players rather than collectors. It contains 40 tournament-focused cards, led by a foil Meowth ex and backed by 39 Trainer cards, along with nine card dividers, a booster pack and a booklet of deck-building tips. It is a cheap way to fill the Trainer side of a deck you already own.

October 30: Espeon ex and Umbreon ex Battle Decks

The month closes with two ready-to-play 60-card decks. One is led by Espeon ex and includes a Victini promo, and the other is led by Umbreon ex with a Zeraora promo. Like the Pokémon theme decks of earlier years, they are built so two people can sit down and play straight out of the box.

Is the anniversary set worth chasing?

For nostalgia, yes. The reprints follow the same idea that made XY Evolutions popular at the 20th anniversary, putting classic cards back into packs with fresh treatments. For value, singles are usually the smarter route once the first rush settles, and our Pokémon singles cover sets going back to the original Base Set era.

After October, attention moves to November and the Delta Reign release date, when Mega Rayquaza ex finally reaches shelves.
