We are currently only offering trade (with a 30% bonus) for buylist orders made through our website! We are always buying for cash in store.

 

Sell to Near Mint Games!

 

  1. You can quickly and easily find the cards you wish to sell by using our search bar,  by browsing the search bar, or the product tree in the upper left of the screen. Once you've located a card you are interested in selling to us, just add it to your Sell Cart. Please be aware that you must be in "Selling Mode" to sell cards to us.  
  2. To edit your Cart or Checkout, simply click the "Sell Cards" link in your shopping cart.
  3. Follow the system prompts to complete your sell order.
  4. Wait for the confirmation email to arrive. After you submit your buylist, we have to double-check that we want to buy everything at the posted prices. Usually this takes less than one business day, but please read this email carefully when it arrives because sometimes we do make changes. If you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days and the confirmation email is not located in your spam folder, please contact us at buyer@nearmintgames.com so we can manually confirm the status of your buylist.
  5. Please include a printout of your confirmation email with your package.
  6. Send the cards exactly as they are listed on the list, if you do not we will bill you at the rate of $15 per hour or 10% of the final value of your order, whichever is greater. This is not something we want to do so please send the cards in as they appear on the list.
  7. Package your cards safely and securely. Please use proper packing procedures to make sure your cards are protected. Near Mint Games

    is not responsible for damage of cards through shipping. We highly recommend packaging your cards in plastic card cases or boxes designed specifically to hold trading cards (toploaders or cardcases). Bubble mailers work well too, but please remember to secure the cards so that they do not become loose during transit. Please do NOT sleeve your cards, we have to unsleeve every card in order to grade it so you will be saving us time and allowing us to pay you faster!

  1. We will send an email to you when your package arrives at our facility. You will receive another email within two business days once your cards have been graded and a final value has been determined.
  2. If you want to change your buylist for any reason before sending it to us, for instance to remove a card from the list, please make a note on the invoice. If you wish to add cards, please submit a secondbuylist. Please feel free to include multiple buylists in one package, but remember to include the invoices for each one. Thank you.

By selling Near Mint Games your cards you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our buylist and payment policies. 

There is a $15 minimum to sell to us.

Please do not sell us more than the quantity desired. Do not invoice a card for the maximum amount multiple times on multiple invoices, doing so may result in the return of the excess cards at your expense.

Any $.05 card or lower that is normally not considered bulk that is sent in an order in non nm state will be treated as bulk.
Any items not received in NM (near mint) will not be paid at full price.

General prices for cards per condition are as follows:
NM—100%
EX/PL—70%
GD—50%
DMG/PR—25%

Please note:
Prices are not guaranteed as some cards are paid at a smaller rate or a higher rate.

We provide a 30% bonus in trade on all orders except bulk.

All orders not received within 7 business days of approval will be void.

Seller pays all costs associated with shipping the items to Near Mint Games. We are not responsible for lost items in the mail. If you are selling a high dollar amount of cards we suggest you get delivery confirmation and insurance on your shipment.
